What are the essential qualifications?
MTS: 10th pass from recognized Board. LDC: 12th pass. Assistant: Graduation from recognized University. Candidates could apply for only one post code for which they were fully eligible.
What is the age limit?
Minimum 18 years. Maximum (on closing date): UR/EWS — 35 years; OBC — 38 years; SC/ST — 40 years. Additional relaxations for PwBD, ESM, etc. as per Government rules.
What is the application fee?
₹800 for UR, OBC, and EWS. ₹550 for SC and ST. Payment through online gateway on the application portal only.
What are the important dates?
Opening: 01 May 2026. Last date (final): 04 June 2026 (11:59 PM IST) — Closed. CBT (tentative): last week of June 2026 — admit card to be notified.
How was the online application submitted?
During the open window, candidates registered at the official portal, paid fee (if applicable), filled the form, uploaded documents, and submitted before 04 June 2026. New applications are no longer accepted.
Is there an interview?
Selection is based on CBT marks only, followed by document verification. No interview is contemplated unless notified by corrigendum.
What is the CBT pattern?
